Our annual Pride Foundation (https://pridefoundation.org) Literary Fundraiser, as always, brings an incredible lineup. We’ll be hearing from local LGBTQ-identified authors Amy Schutzer, Nastashia Minto, Stephen O’Donnell, and Gillian Herbert. This is a powerhouse event every year and with these readers, this year will continue the tradition. We’ll hear from all of them, and also hear from and about Pride Foundation, and learn about the important work they do for the LGBTQ community in this part of the country.
Happy Pride! We love to celebrate pride with this annual fundraiser for one of our amazing nonprofits that does so much to help LGBTQ people in the Pacific Northwest, Pride Foundation (www.pridefoundation.org), and featuring local queer writers. This year we’ll be hearing from Tammy Lynne Stoner (Sugar Land), Daniel Elder (The Museum Dose), and Kate Carroll de Gutes (The Authenticity Experiment). Come and learn about Pride Foundation, and support them and these fantastic queer authors, in a queer-owned bookshop, as part of your pride this month!
It’s our annual Pride Foundation Literary Fundraiser! This is one of the most exciting events we have every year, where we get to highlight the great work done for the queer community by the local (Pacific NW) organization, Pride Foundation, and hear fantastic work by local queer authors. This year we’ll hear from Kate Gray (Carry the Sky), Karelia Stetz-Waters (For Good), Sam Roxas-Chua (Fawn Language), and April Daniels (Dreadnought). You’ll have an opportunity to donate to Pride Foundation after hearing about all of the amazing work they do, have authors read to you, nosh on snacks, and have a drink. Join us, it’s one of our “must not miss” events of the year!
It’s our second annual literary fundraiser for the amazing Pride Foundation. (See more here: https://www.pridefoundation.org). Come hear and support local queer authors Kate Carroll de Gutes (Objects in Mirror are Closer Than They Appear – Oregon Book Award winner, Lambda Literary winner), Robert Hill (The Remnants), Cait Spivey (From Under the Mountain), and past scholarship recipient Kelly Jeske. You’ll learn about Pride Foundation and the work that they do, have a literary good time with these local authors, and have a chance to help out Pride Foundation if you wish.
We are very excited to host a literary fundraiser for Pride Foundation featuring Christopher Lord, Kate Gray, and Carter Sickels. We’ll hear from all 3 authors, as well as learn about Pride Foundation, and have a chance to support the foundation and the authors.
