Learn about the Yoga of Music: Immerse yourself in the personal stories and photos of modern day travelers through India and Nepal, where spirituality and yoga dawned. Afterwards we’ll hear live performances of Indian percussion, learn about complexities of rhythm and sound, and apply those to the everyday western music and its influences on our phycological and emotional states.
